1. Return Policy

At HelpLink Bazar, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is not working properly

 Return requests must be raised within 3–7 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

  • Product must be in original condition and packaging
  • Invoice / bill is required
  • Used or damaged products (by customer) will not be accepted

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Grocery / food items
  • Customized products
  • Opened electronic accessories (in some cases)

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund will be processed after product verification
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 working days to complete

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be provided for damaged or wrong products
  • Replacement depends on product availability

6. Return Process

  1. Contact us via call or email
  2. Share order details
  3. Return the product (pickup/courier)
  4. After verification, refund or replacement will be processed

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
